URGENT ATTENTION PONTOON OWNERS IN CANALS

- or those who intend to become Pontoon Owners within their canal...

 Through their Sydney based legal firm - HWL EBSWORTH  LAWYERS, Gosford City Council (or now Central Coast Council) has begun mailing out a large package containing a new "Deed of Licence" and "Positive Covenant" to current canal based pontoon owners.

This has proven to be a major shock to many/all of these pontoon owners for a variety of reasons, and there appears to be a  major concern building amongst pontoon owners.

As a result of this, a meeting has been called by a resident of the Island to discuss these issues.

Rod Wenzel will he hosting this meeting at 42 Marina View Parade at 1 pm Sunday 15 May.

Please attend this meeting so you can work with other residents who are experienceing similar concerns. Together we can tackle these issues.
