Christmas inJuly 2025
Posted 31/7/2025
On Saturday, the 26th the Association held another very successful Christmas in July dinner with sixty-six attendees. Organised by our head of Events – Brian Ireland – and decorated by our Treasurer – Wendy Mason – the Pretty Beach Room at Ettalong Diggers was festive and welcoming.
This year, through the generosity of sponsors Raine & Horne and Empire Bay Cellars the Association was able to gift a bottle of wine to one lucky person per table. The Diggers Club kindly donated a dinner voucher and two show tickets for a Lucky Door Prize, and our resident artist – Chris Ireland – kindly donated two vouchers for a free art class. Together with an art book on Max Mannix donated by our President – Kevin Hill OAM – four lucky people were sent home with a prize.
The Association provided three wonderful raffles; and a beautiful art work – donated by Kevin and Cheryl Hill of Kevin Hill’s Top Ten Australian Artists – rounded out a wonderful evening for the lucky raffle winners.
If you missed this event, be sure to keep July 2026 in mind.
